We are all masters of our own lives; we each hold the answers to questions and problems we may endure. Sometimes, we lose insight and need guidance to uncover our underlying knowledge or simply to cope with setbacks. My goal is to empower, educate and assist people to regain control of their lives. Seeking assistance can be difficult and takes courage; I provide a safe environment, compassionate, holistic nature and welcome people of all ages. I pride my practice on integrating what are considered non-traditional methods of treatment to supplement our therapy together.
