Samantha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents and adults. She teaches clients various ways to manage distressing psychological symptoms and provides them with a non-judgemental space to explore anything - past, present or future. She uses a person-centered approach to determine which modality of treatment will be the most effective in assisting her clients in achieving their goals. I am skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT.
