Being a person is incredibly hard. Struggling with things like OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Identity, Grief/Loss, or life transitions on top of that can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and isolating. When I found a trusted, safe, non-judgmental therapist to listen to me, it was a game-changer — I’d be honored to offer that to you.
