Hi! I am so glad you are here. I am an LMHC, LPC currently licensed in Florida, Vermont, and Virginia. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I am passionate about supporting you and helping you to lift the burdens you may have been carrying for far too long. I have experience helping individuals as well as couples work through a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance overuse, and relationship challenges. I have a calm, warm, and patient approach. I will do my best to create a nonjudgemental and safe place for you to begin your healing journey.
