I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began my professional journey after earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Adelphi University in 2020. Learning as I went, the Covid-19 pandemic was a real-world experience that only deepened my commitment to helping others find stability and support through life’s challenges. My experience spans hospital, community, agency, school, and private practice settings, where I've facilitated many individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions. My approach is rooted in warmth, respect, and collaboration, with the goal of creating a space that feels both safe and empowering.
