My name is Sami Friedman (she/her) and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing telehealth services across California. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults looking for support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and navigating relationships with themselves and others. I also have experience and advanced training providing neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy to individuals (or parents of individuals) who identify as neurodivergent.
