New beginnings come with more emotions than we know. Some come with worry, some with excitement, but more often than not, new beginnings come with fear. Fear of the unknown. I understand that fear and it is why I prioritize understanding my clients' emotions when they take the leap to begin therapy. Whether it is with a new therapist in a new city or for the first time ever, emotions are exposed and support is needed. I believe that healing is a risky journey, but a journey where support is waiting. I strive to provide each client with the individualized support they need in order to heal and discover their next new beginning.
