Hi, I'm Samantha - a practicing clinical social worker located in NYC. Starting therapy can feel like a huge step. I have experienced first hand both resistance to therapy, and how impactful therapy can be. My lived experience inspires my work as a clinician, and motivates me to help others find the same relief, growth, and insight therapy has offered me. I help my clients navigate depression, anxiety, identity, life transitions, burn out, and self esteem. I don't subscribe to the idea of your therapist being a "blank slate". I am a real person with real life experience, and I bring that, warmth, and genuine care to every session.
