Hi there! I'm Samantha, a licensed mental health counselor based in Florida. My passion for mental health care began when I took my first psychology class in high school. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of North Florida with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I went to graduate school at Nova Southeastern University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling. I've provided individual, group, and family therapy to help people overcome trauma, build self-esteem, decrease anxiety and depression, increase productivity, defeat drug/alcohol addiction, and so much more. I am also trauma-informed/trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy.
