I work with teens and adults healing from trauma—both from childhood and more recent experiences—and how it shows up in anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns shaped by painful family dynamics, breakups or infidelity, chronic stress, or disconnection from themselves. Together, we focus on healing at the root, building resilience and self-trust, and creating a steadier, more connected sense of self so life feels safer and more manageable.
