Hi! My name is Samantha Grimes, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, addiction recovery, and relationships. I am also trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I tend to work best with the people who are faced with anxiety or panic attacks, mood disorders, people pleasers, intellectualizers, people who have had trauma, eating disorders or addiction, and people who want deeper more meaningful relationships with themselves and others. I use humor and creativity in my practice.
