My approach to providing psychological services involves being fully present with clients in the entirety of their experiences ... messiness and all. To be human is to accept the inevitability of suffering, and to heal is to be seen by those who accept all of you, including your suffering. Whether sitting with clients as they recover from trauma or walking alongside them as they navigate making meaning out of the big and small moments of life, I am always honored to be an intentional witness and a curious collaborator in someone’s journey. One of my favorite roles as a therapist is creating relational spaces where clients can receive compassionate nudges and challenges to explore how they see themselves, the world, and their experiences. I offer reflections through attunement, challenges through curiosity, empathetic co-creation, and compassionate witnessing of shame.
