I want clients to feel comfortable and to trust the process of therapy. I will help you achieve your goals- be it for a better lifestyle, decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety, or understanding relationships. I work with clients of all ages and issues, including neurodivergent and LGBTQIA clients. I specialize in reducing suicidal thoughts. As an adoptive mother, I also work effectively with attachment concerns for adults and children, especially those with developmental trauma, RAD, or DSED diagnoses.
