I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with clients California wide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults while specializing in stress, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive environment, where you can thrive and be yourself. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. You can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share your emotions and concerns. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. It is completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment.
