I work with adults with a wide range of mental health struggles, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges. I bring warmth, kindness, and a calming presence to each interaction and I take the time to learn about each person’s unique challenges and values. I find great meaning in building a sound therapeutic relationship with my clients in order to reduce their suffering and help them lead fulfilling lives. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, and ACT in my practice. A native of the Upper Valley, I began my career at West Central Behavioral Health in Lebanon, where I provided individual therapy for 7 years before transitioning to DHMC, where I co-led an effective and rewarding group therapy program for 2.5 years for patients on the inpatient psychiatry unit.
