Anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder have a way of targeting the things you value most in life and making your world seem smaller. My goal is to help you learn the concepts and skills to be your own therapist and face the challenges that life hands you head-on. I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB) and anxiety disorders using evidenced based treatment. I have a passion for reducing the stigma and shame that can be associated with OCD and related disorders and ensuring that people who are struggling receive effective treatment.
