I believe that happens when you start to recognize your unhealthy behaviors and seek to find new ways of living. Meeting with a counselor can provide a place to find healing and develop healthy coping skills. Your environment plays an important role in that process. Counseling can offer a safe place to begin your journey towards new growth. By creating a safe space where compassion, empathy and understanding meet you, you will learn to process emotions, address unhealthy mindsets and compassionately attend to hurts both in the past and present. Through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach I will walk alongside you as you move towards hope, healing, and flourishing.
