I specialize in working with a diverse population of military, veterans, first responders, and well as their family members. Many face unique issues of stress, culture, stigma, trauma, adjustment and more. Integrating many styles, I meet clients where they are and utilize a humanistic approach to each person’s ability to integrate their strengths so they may overcome obstacles. Clients can have a safe space to share concerns and learn skills to work through challenges. My goal is to encouragingly scaffold clients as they heal while feeling seen and heard during their season of growth.
