I am a board certified LCSW from New York. My style is warm and casual but direct when needed. My approach blends deep emotional work with practical tools. I believe that, when it comes to healing, insight is a necessary powerful start. However, lasting change requires action. I therefore start by drawing from relational and emotion-focused models that encourage my clients to “tune in and glance back” at their past to understand current patterns and to develop self- compassion. I then integrate integrate evidence-based, action-oriented tools from modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as Behavioral Activation strategies.
