I focus on creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients during sessions where clients can freely express themselves without the fear of judgement or disapproval. My goal is to help clients to work through their struggles and transform themselves into stronger, more self-aware people who can confidently achieve their goals. I work under a cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, solutioned focused approach to therapy where a client can better identify negative/irrational thoughts while gaining some tools to assist with the “right now” concerns.
