My experience has helped me more deeply understand some of the challenges and barriers that prevent individuals from seeking the help that they deserve. We should all be able to receive mental health treatment without stigma or bias and my hope is that Green Moss Counseling and Consulting, LLC. will be a welcoming place for anyone to do so. Although I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, I am presently accepting clients 18+. My clinical approach allows you to take the lead in your mental health journey, while I help to empower and support you along the way.
