Are you someone who doesn’t give yourself full permission for pleasure, creativity, and solitude and has fallen out of alignment with what your hearts want? A mom who is full of so much love and good intention, but is also really, really, really tired, burnt-out, and stressed? Are you seeking shift and are motivated to take action, take charge of your life, kick fear in the face and break free from old patterns? My passion is working with clients who feel unbalanced and anxious yet crave peace, and are willing to look deep inside themselves to find it. I assist my clients in developing confidence, consciousness, perseverance, and sense of purpose while overcoming perfectionistic tendencies. Using holistic psychotherapy, I look to the elements in life that may be out of balance. Once identified, I incorporate solution focused therapies, CBT, and mindfulness.
