Hello! I’m Samantha Mackintosh, a NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I’ve been in practice since 2017 and specialize in working with people ages 14+ dealing with: depression, anxiety, trauma-related stress, self-harm, major life transitions, relationship concerns, and clients struggling with loving and accepting themselves, including those with low self-esteem, body image issues, and eating disorders. I truly believe that everyone needs empathy for their struggles and a safe space to openly share their story, their thoughts, and their feelings in order to heal.
