I have worked with children from 0-12, as well as adults throughout my career. I come from a strength based prospective and I am trauma informed. My clients come with needs ranging from anxiety, and depression to trauma and attachment needs. I work from the knowledge that healing works within systems. My goal is to move clients towards a trajectory where they are able to have the skills to engage with the world in a positive and healthy way.
