I build rapport with clients using humor, empathy, validation, and unconditional positive regard to create a safe environment which allows you to explore your experiences, identify primary emotions and related attachment needs; the aim is to facilitate corrective emotional experiences, promote connection, improve bonds and healthy attachments, and reduce reactivity and impairment.
