"Life is like the river, sometimes it sweeps you gently along, and sometimes the rapids come out of nowhere." Emma Smith. I am here to support each individual or family as their "rapids" appear. Sometimes "rapids" develop from past lived experiences, some arise from challenging situations and relationships, still others just happen. I operate within a person centered approach and believe that counseling is different for everyone and the individual is the one in control of the direction and outcome, while I am present to guide and maneuver through the rough waters of life.
