I have worked in the field of mental health since 2018. I have experience working with children, adolescents, military personnel and families, and adults in outpatient, residential, in home, school based settings, drug court, and partial care settings where I would facilitate, family, and individual counseling.I utilize evidence based approached such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person centered therapy within my therapy sessions. I am also trained in FBT for eating disorder treatment along with intuitive eating. I am currently licensed in NJ, FL, and RI. I am trained in EMDR and believe in a person centered and strengths based approach where you will feel empowered within your treatment. I have extensive history working with children and adolescents along with working with trauma, mood disorders, and disordered eating. I am also trained in eating disorder intuitive therapy and family based treatment.
