Whether you’re feeling stuck, out of sync, or ready to build a life that feels more like you, I’m here to help. We’ll work together to figure out your goals and create a plan that actually fits your life. Sessions with me are supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with plenty of validation, normalization, humor, and practical problem-solving along the way.
