As a mental health counselor, my goal is to help clients build upon their strengths, process life struggles and overcome challenges. My experience and education has allowed me to work with clients from varying backgrounds and with various diagnoses. I work with individuals and couples. I have specialized in child and adolescent counseling throughout my Master's education at Northwestern University. I hold additional certification through the Gottman Institute for relationship counseling as a Level 2 Clinician.
