Individuals and families may seek out support for a variety of reasons, from natural life transitions to difficult traumas that cause major ruptures in life, to exploration of family dynamics and consequential behaviors/interactions. I see myself as a supportive and collaborative relationship in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults who are looking for support to better understand what is contributing to their behaviors, relationships, and ways of being in the world. I believe that through learning and understanding more, we can make change together for an improved experience of functioning and thriving in the world.
