I specialize in working with 18+, adults, & people in the LGBTQIA+ community. My strengths are working with those who struggle with trauma, multicultural issues, & life stressors. In my sessions I tend to use a person-centered approach, where I’m able to emphasize an individuals or couples needs for the care they are seeking. I would like to consider myself an eclectic therapist since I tend to pull from different therapeutic modalities during my sessions & curate a session that best fits the client. I am my most authentic self when I’m getting to know a client, & I want you to be your most authentic self during our sessions.
