Whether you are struggling with your mental health or the natural ups and downs of life, you don't have to go through this journey alone. If you're feeling stuck, it's okay to ask for help. I am here to work with adults who are at any point in their healing journey. I use an eclectic and trauma-focused approach, drawing from techniques used in person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT. I am also trained in EMDR and have been trained to assist first responders, as well as those with gambling addictions. My aim is to create a safe environment where we can work together to achieve your goals and reach your highest potential.
