Hi I'm Sam. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist. I work with teens and adults to support growth and healing. If you don't feel like you're your best self, or you are struggling to get through the day, lets talk. Anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity and sexuality are just some of the issues we can focus on together. People typically see me for weekly individual counseling. We can spend the first few sessions building rapport and trust. From there we will work together to create goals and a supportive plan that suits you and your individual needs.
