Whether you're new to this or have been in therapy before, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself. With empathy, honesty, and zero pressure, we’ll move at your pace. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges, wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk with you. I work with children, teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, low self-esteem, anger, identity exploration, family challenges and more. I also offer caring, age-appropriate support for self-harm and suicidal thoughts, using evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs.
