If you are feeling as if your emotional bandwidth is compromised by internal conflict or outside stressors, it may be difficult to allow yourself to try something new. As a relational therapist, I cultivate the connection and safety that are needed to help my clients to feel more willing to challenge themselves and their beliefs in the interest of personal growth.
