About

I welcome clients of all genders, of ages 18 and older, and of all backgrounds. I am especially skilled in supporting college students, and have experience supporting people who experience anxiety, depression, relational concerns, identity development, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, and existential questioning. My approach to counseling is founded in trauma-informed, feminist and person-centered values. I work with clients to co-create a trusting and safe counseling relationship. I center clients’ diverse identities in the work and welcome all parts of them into the space.
