You’re Not Alone. I’ve been there. I’m Samantha Ruth – but you can call me Sam. You’re taking a huge step, and if we work together, my only goal is for you to trust me. I’ve been in the field 27+ years, working with people in crisis: teens & families, couples, addiction, eating disorders, legal issues, grief, & trauma. I’ve lived with anxiety my entire life. I’m the child of a recovering alcoholic. 7+ years ago, I became a widow. I quickly learned my education & experience pale in comparison to real-life pain. Through my healing, I found methods I’ve added to my practice—because I believe healing happens YOUR way.
