Do you or your child struggle academically, emotionally, or socially? Does your school not provide necessary testing or learning accommodations and support? Or does your gifted or 2E child not receive the enrichment needed to achieve his or her full potential? Neuropsychological evaluations help students obtain the learning recommendations, school and testing accommodations, or enrichment needed for academic, emotional, and social growth. Clients and families also often find the assessment process therapeutic in itself, as it leads to understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses and clear diagnosis of any disabilities. The evaluations I do help individuals and their parents first understand and then effectively address the causes of their academic or emotional difficulty, or in the case of gifted or 2E learners, their intellectual or emotional intensity. These result in detailed reports unique to each learner, with findings and diagnoses clearly linked to interventions.
