If you're living with 'stuck-ness,' depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, struggling with relationship challenges or experiencing a life transition, I'm eager to meet with you to examine these issues in depth and assist you in feeling more resourced. My hope for our therapeutic relationship is that we're able to create a safe container for you to slow down, let go of what no longer serves you and increase awareness of the interrelationships of the mind, body and spirit. I’m interested in helping you step fully into the uniqueness of who you already are and assisting you in building self love and acceptance.
