Have you always felt different from others, but weren’t exactly sure why? The societal pressure to hide your true self can feel so pervasive that the phrase “just be yourself!” has lost most significance. It can be incredibly disheartening to feel as if something is “wrong” with you for feeling emotions intensely. We all have a meaningful story to tell, and I believe in fostering a warm, affirming, and non-judgmental environment for people to discover themselves and question what it means to be human. I love helping others find their voice, explore their identity, unpack shame, and manage the overwhelm of life.
