When your thoughts race or sleep feels out of reach, it can be hard to feel grounded or hopeful. You may be doing your best to hold everything together—caring for your family, showing up at work—but inside you feel drained, worried, or disconnected. This is when we usually reach out. I help individuals learn practical, evidence-based tools to manage anxiety, calm overthinking, and navigate life’s challenges with greater self-compassion. My clients often come to me seeking relief from stress, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, or feeling stuck in patterns of fear or sadness. Together, we work to create lasting emotional balance. My approach is mindfulness-based and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, art, and guided visualization. These methods help build awareness, regulate emotions, and reconnect with inherent strengths and values. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, creating a space that feels safe.
