I am a licensed therapist and mindset coach with a passion for helping empower my clients heal, grow and connect to their most authentic selves. Life’s challenges—whether they stem from trauma, tough transitions, or relationship struggles—can leave you feeling lost or disconnected, asking yourself "what's next?". I specialize in working with young professionals and women struggling with life transitions, anxiety, low self esteem and confidence, looking to work through patterns of codependency, those who have experienced trauma, emotional or physical abuse within partnership, and other relationship concerns. My approach to working with clients is eclectic, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), emotion-focused and person-centered approach. I feel we are all different and deserve an individualized treatment approach tailoring therapy sessions according to your unique personality.
