I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals of all ages, from young children to older adults. I believe that every person has worth and the capacity for growth. Often, the answers we seek are already within uswe just need the right support to uncover them. In our work together, I will listen with compassion, provide validation and support, and also challenge you when needed to foster meaningful growth. I have extensive experience working with parents and caregivers to help improve family dynamics and navigate the challenges that come with raising children. During the first session we will discuss what's most important to you and set some goals to work towards in your therapy sessions. You will have a chance to ask questions and share what is important to you. Therapy is a process that takes time. Likely, we won't resolve much in just one session.
