Life and relationships are hard. We often try to manage it on our own, but sometimes it becomes too much to bear. Our thoughts become distorted and we enter into unhealthy cycles of behavior trying to survive. Making the decision to seek psychotherapy requires one to be both brave and vulnerable at the same time. Reaching out for help takes guts and I am always honored to be a part of someone's journey.
