Therapy is a safe, judgment free, and confidential space for you to explore, learn, heal, and grow into the person you want to be. I specialize in working with motivated clients who find themselves trying to navigate life with anxiety, trauma histories and responses, women’s health and complexities, relationship struggles, and overall life transitions. I am licensed in MA, ME, and VT to work with clients. I have limited in person appointments in MA only. I also offer supervision for those seeking LMHC licensure in MA only.
