The only constant there is in this life is change, whether the change be good or bad. In an ever-changing world filled with events of the personal and communal, how are we to face the changes ahead that seem so out of our control? Helping both children and adults alike build the skills to respond to whatever life has and will continue to throw their way is a passion of mine. Through the use of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Theraplay, I have been able to assist clients, both young and young at heart, address past trauma and manage negative thoughts, feelings, behaviors.
