Samantha is a licensed clinical professional counselor who looks forward to helping others achieve emotional balance through confidence, self-awareness, and improving interpersonal relationships. She accomplishes this by aiding individuals through difficult situations and using those situations as an exemplar for teaching new strategies. Samantha uses a multifaceted approach that includes mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy but adjusts her methods to suit the needs of client. She believes therapy is a collaborative effort and that her objective is to support the individual in achieving their goals.
