Seeking therapy is an honorable step towards living a more purposeful and balanced life. I prioritize creating a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment , which enables us to explore ourselves through our own unique story. My goal in therapy is to facilitate healing for individuals by looking at each person through a holistic, culturally sensitive, and strength-based lens.
