When you’ve been carrying things no one else can see like the weight of past experiences, unspoken expectations, and emotional pain, it can leave you feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. I work with clients navigating trauma, complex family dynamics, and the tension between cultural values and personal needs. As an adult child of immigrants, I bring cultural awareness into our work, honoring how identity, history, and community shape who we are and how we heal. In therapy, we begin to untangle what’s been carried, creating space for clarity, self-trust, and a more authentic life.
