As a Clinical Therapist, I enjoy serving women navigating anxiety and adjustment disorders during the transitions of their lives. Furthermore, I enjoy creating the space for women to also freely process through the anxiety that is triggered by childhood trauma consisting of contentious relationships as well as the guilt and people pleasing reactions it brings. I also utilize a Client Centered/Strength approach which highlights a client’s strengths which assists with overcoming concerns of hopelessness, abandonment, rejection, self-esteem and anxiety.
